not really an "extraordinary mall" as the majority said. it's just a big, clean, and beautiful mall but with more merchants. if you're looking for affordable place, it's not a good choice

Good place for shopping , clean , and easy parking lot. Wouldn't be that bad if you guys trying this place , such a good place to knew. I was hoping it keep getting better by their services. Maybe , one of place that I really recommended to go. They served what we want as costumer. If this place have a good reviews , I really agreed with that without doubt. I'll trying this place if I had a time spent with. Highly recommended for you guys to try for this place and experienced by yourself.

Coming from Singapore, this mall is HUGE and has tons of good shops to see. I love it! Food wise there is plenty of choices. Prices are slightly pricey but its an amazing mall. This mall is better than most of the ones we have back at home. Grand Indonesian has almost everything you need. 10/10 would come back again. Very pleasant visit.

This place is good, you can reach this place by using train, or mrt which stop at around 700m away from the station. The only problem for this place is traffic problem when you are using either car or motorcycle. The place is filled with many tourist it is a shopping avenue. And the movie cinema is very good at this place, many kind of restaurants too. It is recommended to visit.

Very clean, very nice, but complicated parking. Please make every parking floor unique so drivers can remember where they park.

Grand Indonesia is one of the best mall I have ever seen in my life. It looks so luxury with a lot of classy brands such as Kelvin Claim & Tommy Hilfiger & Victoria & For Secret and so on. İt has a lot of security process to enter the building as well. Everywhere is so clean and neat. Staffs are very professional like securities and cleaners. They deserve definitely five star for the great service. Thank you so much for that. I will definetly visit Mall Grand Indonesia again.

Great place to shop for a branded stuffs. However need more attention to the nursing rooms and the rest room area.. As they were already need improvement such as more spacious dedicated nursing area.. So no more waiting in line to change baby's diapers and nursing session. Restrooms are narrow and limited, have to wait in lines during weekends. Others are just fine. Thanks

Get whatever you need here, high-end shops and others. This said as the best mall in Jakarta, I guess we couldn't agree more? But, parking scheme is too confusing especially when weekend, it causes traffic all around it. Streets are crazily stuck. Should be able to manage it better.

Largest shopping mall in Indonesia? Well the mall is divided into two sections which are connected by a sky bridge to make it seamlessly integrated into one big mall. Overall it's a cozy and elegant place.

A huge & very complete shopping center (mall) located in Central Jakarta, where we can go shopping for any kind of things (fashion, home decor, gadget, cosmetics, daily needs, etc), enjoy any kind of appetizingfood (Eastern & Western), or even we just wanna hang out with someone/some ppl. There are many nice spots for us who love taking pictures with nice backgrounds. Those things mentioned above are the reason why this mall is always full of crowd & visitors.

Delicious foods! Both for the pasta and rice menus. I tried the vegetables baked rice, the rice was so creamy with broccolis, mushrooms and aubergines. I don't usually like aubergine but they're semi baked aubergine tasted so scrumptious. Their pastas are freshly made, cooked to perfection and exceptional sauce. Went to this restaurant 2 days in a row because I really liked it! ⭐⭐⭐

It's a great mall, a lot better than some of the ones in America! It's very fancy, and there are lots of options of what to eat, do and look at. They provide a taxi queue, and a parking garage on the lower levels.

My most favorite shopping mall. Grand Indonesia has almost everything I need, from clothing stores to restaurant. It has these classy expensive vibes but at the same time really friendly vibes.

Been several times visiting this mall since I don't live in Jakarta. For me myself, not kinda mall that shopping-friendly, unless you are fortunate enough to buy some luxury brands that they offers. So, I ended up to only eat in their food court, indeed stuck to dishes menu that not cheap as well. That's basically not this mall mistake, I just don't belong here

Definitely a shopping *town*. Huge af. Even the sky bridge is its own mall. But from all popular malls in Jakarta, GI is my favorite in terms of ease of access/location wise (by public transport), wide range of shops and dining places for any budget, and personal sentiment. Things they can improve: access for motorbikes, arrange a better and less complicated traffic arrangements to and from the area (went there so many times and still think I'd be taking the wrong way or had to make a u-turn at the end of the world).NOTE: a must visit shopping experience spot when you visit Jakarta.

I love this shopping mall, it's massive! From cinema, to food court. Money exchange and supermarket. U can spend whole day here. The cinema here is cheap and very good in quality! The food court has a lot of food options! There a4e numerous quality restaurants Available! Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Indonesian food, all Available. Best thing is most of the restaurants are halal!!!!There are a few prayer areas as well! Muslims don't need to worry about that!

Grand Indonesia mall is the largest mall in Jakarta with so many shops and restaurants. Also supermarkets. You can find all you needs there. Very nice & modern mall. We went there for shopping and took dinner in “Popolamama” Italian pizza restaurant, the food was halal and very delicious. You can enjoy your time there.

One of the best malls in Jakarta and also my favorite. It has a lot of tenants, store, entertaiment, and cinema. Located in the central Jakarta with a perfect night view. You can eat, play arcade games and also watch a movie here.

Confusing big place. Good thing there are a lot of security placed around so that visitors can ask around for directions. One of those places you need to visit more than once so you will get familiar with the place.

It's big! And it will confuse first timer, believe me.But, there are securities in every floor if you would like to ask some direction. They're really good at their job.The mall is complete with anything you want. 2 supernarket, a lot of clothes shops, variety of restaurants and cafes, cinemas, book stores, etc.

Good place to hang around with friends, i used to visited this mall quite often cuz near my office last time.

Very good to bring kids here because, kids can watch the fountain in the west mall, and also if you want to spend your weekend for shopping you can do it on the east mall. this mall is my favourite !!, and i like the west mall better. Very recommended!!, this is the best mall i've ever visited in my life!!, cannot spend 1 year without going to this mall!!

The best mall in Jakarta, a lot of restaurant, shops and they have CGV Cinemas here.Grand Indonesia was the most visited mall in Jakarta when I was still lived there. At beginning, it was a bit confusing because it was so huge but after several visit it just got familiar.It’s also close to Bundaran HI, a monumental building in Central Jakarta that’s famous with the water fountain.

A great shopping mall to entertain ourself with various products at best quality. It is a huge area with a lot of things to see, to do, and to taste. Whatever amount of money we bring here, there are always things to buy at our convenience. Food court is the place of full enjoyment. We can try a lot of menus here, and just a visit would not enough. The is a strong drive to taste all kind of food offered here, and for me, as long as it halal and clean, I would not hesitate to try them.
